BUILDING PROJECT MANAGER

Currently, as we are strengthening our team, we invite a Construction Project Manager to join the Sweco community!

IN THIS POSITION YOU WILL:

• Planning design work, drawing up project plans, project management and project monitoring
• Organizing and supervising the work of project part managers and the project team
• Ensuring the quality and financial result of design services and prepared documents
• Coordinating technical design issues with clients, solution coordination institutions and project participants
• Searching for subcontractors and ensuring the deadlines and quality of their work

CANDIDATE EXPECTATIONS

• Higher education in engineering
• At least 3 years of work experience in managing the development of public and industrial construction projects (special constructions)
• Experience in leading a team in PP, TDP, TP or DP projects, PVP experience in working with contractors
• Qualification certificate of a special construction project manager (construction group - non-residential buildings)
• Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written (B2 level)
• Budgeting and financial management skills
• Experience in managing large-scale construction design projects and working with international project teams (an advantage)
• Experience in preparing and (or) coordinating feasibility studies, technical and economic analyses, technical audits or similar analyses
• Knowledge of project management methodology and process knowledge (PMBOK) (advantage)
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Personal qualities: openness to change, proactivity, involvement, collaboration, ability to work in a team
