Where we invite you to join:
UAB "AZCM" is looking for an experienced Electrical Engineering Project Manager who will supervise the installation of electrical engineering systems in residential and commercial facilities in Vilnius. We are currently implementing the "Teltonika High-Tech Hill" (THTH) and Lvivo g. apartment block projects.
What you will do:
- You will supervise the installation of electrical engineering systems at facilities;
- You will control the quality of work, deadlines and compliance with the project and legal acts;
- You will ensure the safety of work and coordinate subcontractors;
- You will identify defects and control their elimination;
- You will manage technical maintenance documentation;
- You will cooperate with the customer, designers and other project participants.
What to expect:
- Valid certificate of a construction technical maintenance manager (electrical works);
- Higher or higher education in electrical engineering;
- At least 3 years of experience in the field of technical maintenance or electrical works management;
- Good knowledge of construction processes, STR requirements and electrical engineering systems;
- Ability to independently plan work, responsibility and good communication skills.
Selection process:
