Nature of work
Organization, coordination and control of construction works at assigned construction sites.
Planning of construction works, control of adherence to execution schedules, quality of works and technological processes.
Management of employees and work managers working at the construction site, organization and coordination of subcontractors' activities.
Planning of the need for materials, mechanisms, equipment and labor required for construction works and control of their rational use.
Ensuring compliance of the performed works with project documentation, technical requirements and legal acts.
Organization of the preparation and management of construction logs, executive documentation, acts of hidden works and other mandatory documents.
Control of the quantities of performed works, identification and recording of additional works and design discrepancies.
Cooperation with project managers, customers, technical supervisors, designers and other participants in the construction process.
Monitoring compliance with occupational health and safety, fire safety and other mandatory requirements at the construction site.
Organization of procedures for completion of construction work, removal of defects and handover of the object.

Employee requirements
Higher or higher education in civil engineering or another related field.
Valid qualification certificate of a construction manager, giving the right to manage the construction of structures of the appropriate category and purpose.
At least 3 years of experience in organizing and executing construction work.
Knowledge of construction technologies, processes, design documentation and construction technical regulations.
Ability to independently organize construction work, plan resources, manage deadlines and ensure the quality of work.
Experience in managing construction workers and coordinating the activities of subcontractors.
Ability to prepare and manage construction executive documentation, control the quantities of work performed and record additional work.
Good organizational, problem-solving and communication skills.
Responsibility, initiative, independence, leadership and result-oriented.
Category B driver's license.
