Nature of work
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Construction Manager to join our team and be responsible for the smooth organization, coordination and control of construction work at the facility.
In this position, you will be the main person on the construction site, ensuring that the work is carried out in accordance with the project, established deadlines, applicable legislation, technical regulations, quality and occupational health and safety requirements.

Primary responsibilities
- Organization, coordination and control of construction works at the construction site;
- Planning of construction works and control of deadlines;
- Preparation, updating of work schedules and preparation of plan/fact reports;
- Organization of construction processes in accordance with the Construction Regulations and other applicable legal acts;
- Preparation of construction work technological processes, safety and health and environmental protection plans;
- Administration of the construction work log and other mandatory documentation;
- Submission of hidden works to the technical supervisor and control of executive documentation;
- Formation of work tasks for construction work managers and subcontractors;
- Organization and control of the work of subcontractors;
- Organization and conduct of production meetings;
- Control of the quality and deadlines of the performed works;
- Planning the need for human resources, materials, equipment and mechanisms;
- Checking the acts, quantities, prices and invoices of work performed by subcontractors;
- Cooperation with the Client, technical supervisor, designers and subcontractors;
- Ensuring the order, safety and environmental requirements of the construction site;
- Participation in production meetings;
- Ensuring quality management, environmental protection and occupational safety and health requirements;
- Other tasks related to the implementation of the construction project.
What do we expect from you?
- Higher education in construction, engineering or a related field;
- Valid construction manager qualification certificate;
- Experience in organizing and managing construction work;
- Good knowledge of construction processes, technologies and legal acts;
- Ability to independently plan work, make decisions and manage processes;
- Responsibility, organization and excellent communication skills;
- Ability to work with subcontractors and coordinate the work of the construction team;
- Experience in working with construction documentation and project management.
