Join our team, create projects that last for decades! We are looking for an ambitious, responsible and professional Construction Manager who will join our growing team and lead various construction projects from inception to successful completion.
Main job functions:
Main job functions:
- organization and coordination of construction work at the site;
- control of work deadlines, quality and budget;
- coordination of subcontractors and employees;
- analysis and maintenance of technical documentation;
- ensuring work safety requirements;
- communication with customers, designers and technical maintenance;
- preparation of construction process reports.
Employee requirements
We hope that you:
- have a university or higher education in civil engineering;
- have acquired the qualification of a construction manager;
- have successful work experience in the construction sector;
- are able to independently plan and organize work;
- have excellent command of technical documentation;
- are responsible, result-oriented and have leadership qualities;
- have a category B driver's license.
