Construction Vision is a growing construction company in Kaunas, focused on high-quality construction of residential and commercial objects. The company's turnover is growing every year, and each project is implemented thanks to an independent and professional team. The company is consistently strengthening its team and is currently inviting a construction manager to join it for work in Kaunas - a specialist who will contribute to the successful implementation of construction projects and the growth of the team.
OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- You will manage 2-3 construction sites simultaneously, planning and coordinating the entire construction process;
- You will organize and control joint construction works, ensuring project quality, deadlines and budget;
- You will coordinate work teams and subcontractors, distributing tasks and supervising the progress of work;
- You will read and analyze construction projects, solving technical issues at the site;
- You will fill in construction documentation, prepare work reports and carry out quality control;
- You will ensure compliance with work safety requirements and efficient use of resources;
- You will cooperate with customers, suppliers and technical supervisors.
REQUIREMENTS:
- At least 3 years of experience in construction management;
- Construction manager qualification certificate;
- Knowledge of construction processes and contracting principles;
- Initiative, independence, organizational skills and ability to make decisions;
- Category B driver's license.
