Nature of work
Management of project managers and subcontractors, supervision and control of their construction work, drawing up calendar schedules and monitoring their compliance;
Allocation of financial, human and time resources of the construction site and control of their implementation;
Organization of filling in construction technical documentation, preparation and submission of reports;
Organization of the transfer of the completed construction site to operation.

Employee requirements
At least 3 years of experience as a construction manager, experience in managing the construction of high-value objects;
A valid qualification certificate that entitles you to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure;
Experience in managing subcontractors, experience in supervising and controlling the construction work they perform, experience in drawing up work schedules and sequencing and controlling their compliance;
Good knowledge of construction technologies, knowledge of legal acts regulating construction;
Skills in preparing and administering construction technical documentation.
