- You have a higher engineering education (construction engineering or a related field);
- You have a qualification certificate that entitles you to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure;
- You are familiar with construction processes, technologies and will be able to plan ahead;
- You will be able to read and analyze projects and technical documentation;
- You are honest, open and responsible;
- You will be able to work in a dynamic environment and solve problems independently;
- You have a driver's license (category B).
You will be responsible for
- Overall construction site management – work planning, organization and schedule adherence;
- Planning and effective use of materials and machinery requirements;
- Quality control of the work performed and compliance with design solutions;
- Coordination and management of subcontractors and employees at the construction site;
- Preparation, completion and management of construction and execution documentation;
- Cooperation with technical maintenance managers, customers and designers;
- Compliance with occupational safety, fire safety and environmental protection requirements and procedures at the construction site;
- Preparation and inspection of completed work reports.
