- UAB „EIKA Construction“
A building is only as strong as its structural members. We have been building public, commercial and residential buildings for over 20 years, and the value of most current construction projects exceeds €10 million. You will organize structural work on site so that structures are erected on schedule and in accordance with the project. In this position, you will:
- You will manage the construction work at the site: set priorities, distribute tasks to the site team and make decisions when a quick response is required;
- You will create a schedule for the construction of the building and ensure that the work does not lag behind;
- You will prepare and optimize the technological part of the construction so that the site is built smoothly and rationally;
- You will check the quality of the work and products and their compliance with the construction technical regulations;
- You will plan the workforce, materials and equipment so that the work is carried out without downtime;
- You will coordinate subcontractors, check the quantities of work performed and participate in their acceptance;
- You will ensure safe work at the site and orderly construction documentation, and inform the head of the Construction Department about the progress of the work.
We hope you:
- You have a higher education in construction or other engineering;
- You have a qualification certificate as a construction manager in accordance with the requirements of the current STR;
- You have at least 5 years of experience in construction work, including monolithic or reinforced concrete construction work;
- You have experience in leading a site team and organizing construction work;
- You are well versed in the requirements for worker safety and health at a construction site;
- You speak and write Lithuanian fluently, and you work with MS Office programs.
It would be an advantage if:
- You have worked on projects worth more than €10 million;
- You have worked with Dalux and MS Project programs;
- You speak English or Russian.
