BUILDING CONSTRUCTION MANAGER / REAL ESTATE OBJECTS IN VILNIUS

Join the team developing real estate projects and manage construction projects of residential and commercial objects in Vilnius. We are looking for a construction manager who would independently plan construction work at the facility, coordinate construction participants and ensure smooth execution of construction works.

• Plan and organize the progress of construction projects, prepare work schedules, budgets, control their implementation and compliance.
• Coordinate and manage the work of contractors, subcontractors, communicate with state institutions and other institutions.
• Ensure compliance with design solutions and legal requirements.
• Administer, check design documentation, work acts and other construction documentation.
• Organize the selection of contractors, organization of tenders and negotiations.
• Control and ensure compliance with employee safety, health and fire safety requirements at the construction site, compliance with environmental requirements.
• Organize the 100% handover of the building and its commissioning.

• Higher engineering education in the field of construction.
• Valid qualification certificate of a construction manager.
• At least 2 years of work experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of the construction legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and construction processes.
• Ability to analyze technical and design documentation.
• Good computer skills (MS Office, MS Project, AutoCAD).
• Ability to independently organize and plan work at the facility.
• Excellent organizational, communication and project management skills.
• Initiative, responsibility, ability to make independent decisions.
• Valid category B driver's license.
• Able to communicate fluently in Lithuanian and Russian.

Advantage: Certificate of a construction site safety and health coordinator.
