WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

  • Management of works on a single object (up to 5000 sq. m) at a construction site - the construction manager is responsible for the entire project from start to finish.
  • Planning, organizing and controlling work during construction.
  • Communication with customers and technical supervisors.
  • Management and supervision of subcontractors.
  • Continuous communication and coordination with the site team.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in a construction manager position or desire to develop in this direction. We also invite candidates from construction managers or junior construction managers with practical experience on a construction site.
  • Experience in managing projects worth 1–3 million EUR and more.
  • SSVA certificate is an advantage, but not a necessity.
  • Good knowledge of construction processes.
  • Independence, responsibility, communication skills and result orientation.
