Nature of work:

  • Planning, organizing and supervising construction work at the construction site.
  • Controlling the quality of construction work and adherence to the schedule.
  • Ensuring compliance with construction site order requirements.
  • Supervision of subcontractors' work and control of their work documentation.
  • Cooperation with technical supervisors.
  • Preparation of documentation related to construction execution and supervision.
  • Ensuring compliance with employee safety and health, fire safety requirements at the construction site.

Requirements:

  • Have a higher engineering education.
  • Have a certificate of qualification, giving the right to perform the duties of a construction manager of a special structure.
  • Have at least 2 years of similar work experience.
  • Be able to read and analyze projects and technical documentation.
  • Good knowledge of construction processes.
  • Be able to solve problems independently.
  • Have a category B driver's license.
