NTX Construction is expanding its team and is looking for a Construction Manager.
We are looking for a professional who will take responsibility for the implementation of the construction project, coordinate the participants in the construction process and ensure that the work is carried out qualitatively, safely and within the established deadlines.
In this position, not only the ability to organize construction processes is important, but also to make decisions, mobilize a team and create constructive cooperation with the client, designers, technical maintenance and subcontractors.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- You will organize and coordinate construction work at the site;
- You will ensure the execution of construction work in accordance with the project, established deadlines and quality requirements;
- You will coordinate the activities of the project team and subcontractors and ensure smooth cooperation between all participants in the construction process;
- You will cooperate with the client, technical supervision, designers and other project participants;
- You will make technical and organizational decisions during construction;
- You will ensure proper management of construction documentation and compliance of the construction process with applicable legal acts;
- You will ensure compliance with employee safety and health requirements;
- You will participate in the construction handover process.

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
- You have a higher education in civil engineering;
- You have a valid qualification certificate as a construction manager;
- You have at least 3-5 years of work experience in the construction sector;
- You are able to independently organize and manage construction processes;
- You are well versed in construction technological processes and legal acts regulating construction;
- You are able to plan work, make decisions and effectively coordinate team work;
- You work well with MS Office programs;
- You have a category B driver's license.
