For large-scale projects, we are looking for a Structural Construction Manager to join our team.
In this position, you will be responsible for coordinating activities on the construction site, ensuring that everything runs smoothly and on time. This position requires not only technical skills, but also the ability to manage a team and communicate with various stakeholders. Main Responsibilities:

- Construction site management and control;
- Creation of work schedules and execution control;
- Coordination of subcontractors' work;
- Planning and organization of works in facilities;
- Organization of material supply.
What do we expect from you:
- Higher engineering education;
- Certificate of qualification, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager;
- At least 5 years of analog work experience;
- Experience in working with high-value projects (a project value of more than EUR 10 million would be a great advantage);
- Excellent planning, organization, communication, task and/or problem and conflict resolution skills;
- Impeccable Lithuanian language (good knowledge of English and/or Russian is an advantage);
- Good computer skills (MS Office).

Salary with performance-based bonuses (in addition to the basic salary, a performance-based bonus system is applied).
