Building Construction Manager

About us

INHUS Construction - provides structural installation services for buildings of various purposes both in Lithuania and in the Scandinavian countries. We work with the largest construction companies and real estate development companies in these countries.

We are currently recruiting a construction manager to join our team.

Nature of work

  • Preparation, completion and review of construction project documentation;
  • Preparation for the construction site: planning, analysis of drawings, preparation of installation schedule, ordering materials;
  • Execution of installation work, delegation of tasks to teams, ensuring and controlling work safety and quality at the site;
  • Cooperation with colleagues and employees of company departments;
  • Control of contractual obligations and budget execution;
  • Continuous process improvement is an integral part of the work.

Requirements

  • Higher education in the field of civil engineering;
  • Construction manager certificate;
  • Knowledge of the construction process, experience in similar work;
  • Planning and prioritization skills, diligence, independence and a strong sense of responsibility;
  • Computer literacy.
