- Cooperate with customers and subcontractors on construction management issues;
- Coordinate and control the progress of subcontractors' work;
- Comply with work performance technologies and quality assurance / control requirements;
- Prepare documentation related to the execution and supervision of construction;
- Organize and control the quantities of materials and work performed;
- To ensure compliance with work safety requirements at the construction site.

- You have a qualification certificate that entitles you to hold the position of construction manager;
