What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced and responsible specialist who would organize and supervise construction processes, ensure the quality of work, compliance with project documentation, and carry out technical supervision of construction work at the facilities.
Responsibilities in the project:
- Organization and coordination of construction work at the site;
- Control of work execution according to project documentation and deadlines;
- Supervision and coordination of subcontractors' work;
- Ensuring the quality and safety of construction work;
- Filling and managing documentation;
- Communication with customers, designers and other interested parties;
Required competences:
- Higher education in engineering/construction;
- Certificate of construction manager;
- Certificate of technical maintenance of the structure;
- You have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management;
- You have successfully implemented at least one construction project worth more than 10 million euros (advantage);
- Ability to independently plan and organize work;
- Responsibility, organization, good communication skills.
