Responsibilities in the project:

  • Organization and coordination of construction work at the site;
  • Control of work execution according to project documentation and deadlines;
  • Supervision and coordination of subcontractors' work;
  • Ensuring the quality and safety of construction work;
  • Filling and managing documentation;
  • Communication with customers, designers and other interested parties;

Required competences:

  • Higher education in engineering/construction (MANDATORY);
  • Certificate of construction manager;
  • Certificate of technical maintenance of the building (advantage);
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in construction project management;
  • Ability to independently plan and organize work;
  • Responsibility, organization, good communication skills.
