- UAB „Caverion Lietuva“
Project Management Department – a division of Caverion Lithuania, responsible for the company's services - design and construction works. We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated construction manager who will directly contribute to the successful implementation of ongoing projects.
Daily challenges:
- organization and management of construction works at sites, coordinating the activities of work managers and subcontractors
- control of construction work schedules and assignment of tasks
- project implementation from the beginning of work to full completion and handover of the site to the customer
- implementation and assurance of employee safety, environmental protection and fire safety requirements at the construction site
Requirements:
- successful work experience in a similar position
- higher engineering education (in the field of construction engineering)
- qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager
- knowledge of construction processes, standards and legal acts
- excellent planning, organizational and problem-solving skills
- organizational skills, responsibility, initiative
- driver's license

Salary

- from €5,000/month, excluding taxes. The salary depends on the candidate's work experience and skills. In case of higher financial expectations, negotiations are possible depending on the candidate's competencies and experience.
