BY JOINING THE TEAM, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Coordination and execution of construction project works;
- Preparation of project execution schedules;
- Control of project requirements;
- Compliance with established project deadlines;
- Control of contractors' work;
- Compliance with all work execution technology requirements;
- Preparation and execution of project construction documentation;
- Ensuring that the client does not lack employees, necessary tools and equipment at the facilities;
- Ensuring the need and quantities of materials;
- Tracking and control of project resources;
- Monitoring the acts of work performed by contractors;
- Compliance with the requirements for ensuring safety and health at the construction site;
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in a construction manager position or desire to develop in this direction;
- Experience in managing projects worth 1–3 million EUR and more;
- SSVA certificate is an advantage, but not a necessity;
- Good knowledge of construction processes;
- Independence, responsibility, communication skills and result orientation;
- Higher or higher education in the field of construction;
