WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US?
- You will manage the execution schedules of the construction works;
- I will ensure and control the quality of work;
- I count the quantities of completed construction works;
- Filling and controlling the construction documentation;
- Check project solutions;
- You will ensure compliance with the requirements of work safety and construction site order.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Already has successful experience and recommendations as a structural construction manager;
- Has a higher education;
- You are a responsible person, able to set priorities and plan time efficiently;
- You have good computer skills and you have excellent command of MS Project and AutoCAD programs;
- Has excellent communication skills;
- Has a qualification certificate entitling him to work as a construction manager of a special structure;
- Has experience in the construction of energy efficient buildings;
- Knowledge of BREEAM, LEED or DGNB standards.
