WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH US:
- Manage the execution schedules of the construction works;
- Ensure and control the quality of the works;
- Count the quantities of the construction works performed;
- Fill in and control the construction documentation;
- Check the design solutions;
- Ensure compliance with the requirements of work safety and construction site order.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Already have experience and recommendations as a successful construction manager;
- Have a higher education;
- Are a responsible person, able to prioritize and plan time effectively;
- Have good computer skills and excellent command of MS Project and AutoCAD programs;
- Have excellent communication skills;
- Have a qualification certificate that entitles you to work as a construction manager of a special structure;
- Have experience in the construction of energy-efficient buildings;
- Are familiar with BREEAM, LEED or DGNB standards.
