Adeso, UAB invites an experienced construction manager to join, who would independently organize construction work and ensure that the objects are implemented in a high-quality, timely and safe manner.
We are looking for a specialist who is not only knowledgeable in the technical side of construction, but also a manager who is able to plan work, coordinate the team, cooperate with the client and make decisions promptly.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning, organizing and daily control of construction works.
- Preparing work schedules, monitoring deadlines and project progress.
- Coordination of the company's own and subcontractors' work.
- Ensuring compliance with the quality of the work performed, technological requirements and design solutions.
- Planning the resources required for the facility.
- Checking the quantities of work performed and controlling the documentation of subcontractors' work.
- Preparing and filling out the construction work log, acts, reports and other documentation for the facility.
- Ensuring employee safety, health, fire safety and construction site order requirements.
- Resolving technical issues and project discrepancies in cooperation with designers.
- Communication with the customer, technical supervisor, designers, suppliers and other project participants.
- Controlling the facility's costs and work performance efficiency.
- Organization of facility handover and construction completion procedures.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- Higher or higher education in civil engineering.
- At least 5 years of experience as a construction manager or construction manager of a building in implementing medium-value (1-10 million EUR) construction or reconstruction projects.
- Experience working with public, administrative or commercial buildings.
- Valid qualification certificate of a construction manager of a special building.
- Good knowledge of construction processes, technologies and principles of work organization.
- Ability to read and analyze projects, drawings and technical documentation.
- Ability to independently plan work, set priorities and make decisions.
- Team leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Responsibility, initiative and result-oriented.
- Category B driver's license.
- Ability to work with AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, MS Project and construction project management systems.
- Knowledge of BIM processes (advantage).
