Successful work experience in a similar position
Higher engineering education (in the field of construction engineering)
Qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager
Knowledge of construction processes, standards and legal acts
Good planning and organizational skills
Organizational skills, responsibility, initiative
Driver's license
Computer skills, drafting of estimate programs, actuation
