Nature of work
- Planning, organizing and supervising construction work at the construction site.
- Controlling the quality of construction work and adherence to the schedule.
- Ensuring compliance with construction site order requirements.
- Supervision of subcontractors' work and control of their work documentation.
- Cooperation with technical supervisors.
- Preparation of documentation related to construction execution and supervision.
- Ensuring compliance with employee safety and health, fire safety requirements at the construction site.
Employee requirements
- Have a higher engineering education.
- Have a qualification certificate that entitles you to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure (advantage)
- Have at least 3 years of similar work experience.
- Be able to read and analyze projects and technical documentation.
- Have good knowledge of construction processes.
- Be able to independently solve problems.
- Have a category B driver's license.
