Nature of work
- 110 kV - 400 kV, maintenance, monitoring and assessment of the technical condition of power transmission lines, transformer substations, switchgear structures, industrial buildings and their engineering networks, registration of monitoring and condition assessment results in the Asset Management Information System (TVIS);
- planning the scope of technical maintenance and repair work (TVIS), calculation of the need for funds, drawing up repair schedules, control of the execution of repair work and acceptance of completed work;
- submission of proposals for technical tasks of objects under reconstruction, review and coordination of production and/or installation drawings of objects in the Dalux environment and in the Project Management Information System (PVIS);
- preparation of technical specifications according to the needs of technical maintenance, operation or construction of structures;
- performance of the duties of the technical maintenance manager for the construction of newly constructed, reconstructed or overhauled transmission lines, transformer substations and switchgear structures.
Employee requirements
- higher education (construction engineering, building structures);
- experience in organizing construction, repair work or technical supervision of construction;
- qualification of a technical supervision manager for construction of a special structure;
- good knowledge of the requirements of the Law on Construction of the Republic of Lithuania and its by-laws (construction regulations);
- knowledge of the composition of project documentation and the application of legal acts (including normative technical construction documents);
- good computer skills (MS Office), good Project Professional skills;
- driver's license;
- communication skills, organization, responsibility, initiative.
Advantages:

- VK or AK electrical safety category;
