Nature of work
- technical maintenance of buildings, organization and documentation of inspections;
- identification of defects and risks and initiation of solutions;
- planning and organization of repair and reconstruction works;
- selection of contractors, quality and cost control of works;
- management and prevention of emergency situations;
- ensuring fire safety and technical requirements;
- cooperation with internal departments and external partners.
Employee requirements
- engineering education;
- construction technical activity manager certificate (advantage);
- at least 3 years of experience in the field of building maintenance;
- knowledge of construction regulations and technical maintenance processes;
- analytical thinking, organization, independence;
- at least one foreign language (English or Russian).

The company manufactures products in factories in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda and Šiauliai. The equipment of the production line "Masa" allows to adapt to the customer's needs, to offer a range of various designs and technical features, to produce multi-colored, rough products and aged pavers. The most modern technology makes it possible to produce cobblestones with the texture of natural quartz, dolomite, granite chips.
The most advanced Lean production management system has been applied in the factories. It allows production more flexibly, using fewer resources. We can offer customers faster fulfillment of orders and higher quality of products.
