Main responsibilities:
- Communicate with residents, building representatives, contractors, help resolve issues related to house maintenance;
- Organize, coordinate building maintenance and repair work, in cooperation with contractors, suppliers.
- Prepare and administer residents' meetings, votes, ensuring their smooth progress.
- Prepare mandatory maintenance documentation for administered houses.
- Administer building maintenance documentation and purchase invoices.
- Communicate with insurance companies and other institutions regarding maintenance work and incident resolution.
Employee requirements
- Experience in building maintenance, customer service or sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Category B driver's license.
- Computer literacy.
