Nature of work

  • Assistance to the project manager in tendering project part managers, coordinating the construction design process, administering project documentation, communicating with designers and clients, monitoring compliance with deadlines and ensuring smooth information management during the entire construction project preparation and project execution supervision.
  • Dissemination of information/communication with project part developers, other project or construction participants;
  • Preparation of reports, technical or other documentation, recording of production meetings (discussions);
  • Assistance to the construction design project manager in checking the compatibility of different project parts;
  • Controlling the project part development schedule and identifying potential risks;
  • Assistance to the construction design project manager in coordinating the projects being developed with institutions, obtaining construction permitting documents and positive conclusions of the general project expertise;
  • Independent preparation of project part(s) is a great advantage.

Employee requirements

  • Higher or higher education in engineering, construction or architecture (can be a final year student);
  • Knowledge of design and construction processes, construction technical regulations and other construction legislation;
  • Ability to work smoothly with documents and a large amount of information.
  • Ability to work with AutoCad, Office, etc. computer programs. Advantage – Revit (or other BIM-compatible programs) or experience in participating in BIM projects;
  • Good skills in working with Microsoft 365 tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint).
  • Ability to use artificial intelligence and digitalization tools.
  • Excellent Lithuanian and good knowledge of English (verbal and written);
  • Ability to quickly absorb new knowledge and solve problems independently.
  • Good time planning and organizational skills;
  • Diligence, responsibility and good organizational skills, desire to improve in the professional field;
  • Independent preparation of project part(s) for residential, public, production or other purpose projects - a great advantage;
  • Calculation of construction costs - a great advantage.
