Nature of work
What you will do
- You will organize and conduct seasonal, periodic and extraordinary inspections of apartment buildings, monitor the condition of roofs, facades and other structures.
- You will record defects, prepare defect reports and provide recommendations for the elimination of defects.
- You will help organize urgent emergency repairs, check the quality of the work performed and monitor compliance with safety requirements.
- You will manage technical maintenance documents for buildings and participate in the acceptance of repaired or reconstructed buildings.
Employee requirements
What we expect
- Higher or higher technical or engineering education and experience in technical or engineering work.
- Valid qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure and technical maintenance manager of a special structure.
- Ability to read construction projects and be familiar with building structures, operating principles of engineering systems and technical maintenance requirements for structures.
- Good skills in working with Microsoft Office and the ability to clearly prepare technical documents.
- Category B driver's license.
