SENIOR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEER

you have a higher education in civil engineering;
have 2+ years of engineering work experience in the field of construction;
you are familiar with the legal acts, technical regulations, norms and rules governing the construction sector of the Republic of Lithuania;
have a qualification certificate for a manager of any main area of construction technical activity for special structures;
you are fluent in Lithuanian;
you are analytically minded, you are independent, initiative, proactive, responsible, able to cooperate and achieve results.

You will participate in the implementation of construction, reconstruction, modernization, repair and demolition projects of structures.
You will prepare technical specifications, technical tasks, modifications and other project documents.
You will check design documents and executive documents submitted by contractors.
You will organize and supervise the maintenance and modernization of structures and engineering infrastructure.
You will analyze the condition of structures, provide technical recommendations and coordinate the implementation of projects within your competence.
