Nature of work
- performance of the duties of the head of technical supervision of the construction of newly constructed, reconstructed or overhauled 110 kV, 330 kV power transmission lines, transformer substations and switchgear structures;
- submission of proposals for design tasks for newly constructed, reconstructed power transmission network objects, review and coordination of technical working projects of objects;
- management of documentation of operated 110 kV, 330 kV, voltage power transmission lines, transformer substations, switchgear structures, industrial buildings and their engineering networks, management of operational work using the company's asset management information system;
- planning the scope of technical maintenance and repair work of operated objects, calculation of the need for funds, drawing up repair schedules, control of the execution of repair work and acceptance of completed work.
Employee requirements
- higher education (construction engineering, building structures);
- experience in organizing construction, repair work or construction technical supervision;
- qualification of a construction technical supervision manager for a special structure;
- good knowledge of the requirements of the Law on Construction of the Republic of Lithuania and its by-laws (construction regulations);
- knowledge of the composition of project documentation and the application of legal acts (including normative construction technical documents);
- good computer skills (MS Office), good Project Professional skills;
- driver's license;
- communication skills, organization, responsibility, initiative.
