Employee requirements
- Similar work experience would be an advantage;
- Strong sales skills and a natural talent for selling;
- Ability to attract new customers and effectively manage existing customer inquiries;
- Strong work ethic, commercial thinking and motivation to develop the business and achieve high income;
- Ability and willingness to make many calls and attend meetings with customers daily, with a clear focus on closing sales deals;
- Responsible approach to high-quality customer service, initiative, motivation, customer orientation and results;
- Excellent Lithuanian and good knowledge of Russian and English.
