A construction company is looking for builders to work on various interior decoration projects. We are currently inviting the following to join the team:
The nature of the work will depend on the employee's experience and specialization:
- painters;
- drywall installers;
- support workers;
- other interior decoration specialists.
The nature of the work will depend on the employee's experience and specialization:
- installation of drywall structures, ceilings, partitions and other elements;
- surface preparation, puttying and painting;
- work according to technical drawings and planned work units;
- preparation of objects for finishing works - covering windows, floors, doors and other surfaces with protective materials;
- unloading, transportation and tidy storage of building materials;
- collection of construction waste and maintaining order in the workplace;
- assistance to masters in performing other construction and interior decoration works;
- compliance with occupational safety requirements and high-quality performance of assigned work.
Employee requirements
- Experience in construction or interior decoration work in accordance with the chosen field of work;
- for painters and plasterboard installers – the ability to independently and qualitatively perform assigned work;
- for auxiliary workers, work experience is not necessary – the most important thing is the desire to work and learn;
- a responsible attitude to work and adherence to agreements;
- punctuality, diligence and orientation towards a quality result;
- ability to work independently and in a team;
- maintaining order in the workplace;
- A category B driver's license and your own car would be an advantage;
- your own work tools would be an advantage, but the necessary tools can be negotiated;
- the opportunity to work under an employment contract or as an individual, depending on the position and agreement.
The company offers
The final salary depends on the employee's experience, qualifications, independence, complexity of the work performed, and results achieved. When working on an individual basis, payment may be calculated based on the volume of work actually performed and pre-agreed rates.
