We are looking for a construction manager, certified maintenance specialist. The company currently has 4 commercial construction projects that we are working on for our own needs, rental and sale. We want to have our own person who will be able to supervise construction, supervise and communicate with contractors, sometimes search for contractors, check the quality of the work performed and accept the work, offer solutions.
