Nature of work
- Economical organization and planning of construction works at sites;
- Distribution of tasks to employees, control;
- Work with drawings, laser level;
- Communication with customers, resolution of problem situations;
- Ensuring compliance with deadlines and quality requirements for the work performed;
- Control of site resources, ensuring the supply of materials and mechanisms;
- Work with subcontractors, their control;
- Preparation of reports, filling out time sheets, etc.
- Driving a minibus, transporting the brigade to/from the site, supplying tools/materials, etc.
Employee requirements
- Knowledge of construction (earthworks, foundation installation, well-being) processes, experience in similar work;
- Engineering education (certificate an advantage);
- Responsibility, diligence, analytical thinking, quick orientation;
- Good organizational and leadership skills;
- Computer skills (Autocad, Microsoft Office);
- Laser leveling skills;
- Driver's license (category B);
