Nature of work

Organization, planning and coordination of construction work at the site.
Creation and control of construction work execution schedules.
Management and supervision of daily construction processes.
Coordination and control of subcontractors' work.
Ensuring the quality of work in accordance with design solutions and regulatory requirements.
Control of construction deadlines, budget and resources.
Management and completion of construction work documentation.
Planning of materials, mechanisms and labor requirements.
Cooperation with designers, technical supervisors, customers and other project participants.
Recording of completed work and organization of award processes.
Ensuring compliance with employee safety and health requirements at the site.
Solving problem situations and making prompt decisions.

Employee requirements

Higher or higher education in the field of civil engineering.
At least 3 years of work experience as a project manager.
Knowledge of construction technological processes.
Ability to read technical projects, working drawings and specifications.
Experience in coordinating subcontractors and organizing their work.
Knowledge of Construction Technical Regulations (CTR) and other legal acts.
Ability to independently plan work and manage a construction site.
Responsibility, organization and result orientation.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Computer literacy (MS Office).
Category B driver's license.
