- Planning and organizing ongoing construction projects;
- Preparation and management of necessary documentation;
- Representation of the company in resolving technical issues with customers and designers;
- Supervision of the quality of work performed and control of compliance with technologies;
- Ensuring optimal use of resources provided for the object.
- Ensuring safety and quality of work.
Employee requirements
- Higher engineering education
- Qualification certificate, giving the right to hold the position of construction manager;
- Implement the project from the beginning of construction until the construction is accepted for use;
- At least 3 years of similar work experience (construction management);
- You have implemented construction projects worth more than 3 million euros;
- Knowledge of construction processes, Lithuanian legal acts regulating the construction of a structure
- Excellent organizational skills, conflict management skills, independence and initiative;
- Driver's license, category B;
- Knowledge of English and Russian languages (advantage).
