For the construction of a 3-storey apartment building on Šaltupio St., Anykščiai, we are looking for an experienced, responsible and independent construction manager.
Main responsibilities:

- Daily organization and control of work at the site.
- Coordination of employees and subcontractors.
- Supervision of the quality of work, deadlines and compliance with the project.
- Planning the sequence of work, materials and equipment needs.
- Filling in construction documentation.
- Recording the work performed and the situation at the site and regularly providing information to the project manager.
- Prompt resolution of technical and organizational issues.
- Ensuring order and work safety requirements.
Employee requirements
- Experience as a construction manager or work supervisor.
- Experience in the construction of apartment buildings or other residential buildings.
- Ability to read projects and technical drawings.
- Responsibility, demandingness and independence.
- Ability to plan work several steps ahead.
- Good communication skills when working with employees, subcontractors, technical maintenance and the client.
- Category B driver's license.
- A valid construction manager's certificate is a great advantage.
