We are a specialized monolithic construction subcontractor, performing reinforced concrete works in residential and commercial buildings. We work with systematic formwork systems, manage the full monolith cycle and are focused on meeting deadlines and quality.
Nature of work:
- organization of a full cycle of monolithic works at the facility (formwork - reinforcement - concreting - maintenance)
- planning and daily control of the work of the brigades
- drawing up work schedules and ensuring their adherence
- control of the scope of work and tracking of actual quantities
- coordination of subcontractors and suppliers (concrete supply, equipment, etc.)
- making technological decisions on site (concrete placement sequence, work organization, resource allocation)
- quality control according to the project and technical requirements
- filling in construction documentation (logs, acts of hidden work, acts of performed work)
- ensuring work safety and technological discipline
We hope you:
- you have experience in managing monolithic construction works
- you are able to independently manage the object and make decisions on the construction site
- you have excellent knowledge of concreting technologies and processes, concrete properties, casting regimes, temperature requirements
- you have experience working with system formwork systems (e.g. DOKA or others)
- you are able to read design documentation, work with drawings
- you have a valid certificate of construction manager of a special structure
- you have a heritage protection certificate (an advantage)
- you have a category B driver's license
