Construction works manager - foreman in Vilnius

Organization of simple metal construction installation works at ongoing construction sites, mainly in Vilnius;
Supervision of the quality of the work performed and compliance with technologies;
Smooth communication with customer representatives - construction managers, project engineers;
Management of 3-4 different installation teams.
Proper and economical use of allocated resources;
Provision of necessary materials;
Preparation and management of technical documentation;
Resolving technical issues with customers and designers;

Technical - engineering education;
Similar work experience would be an advantage, but if experience is not enough, there will be an opportunity to grow;
Knowledge of occupational safety requirements, construction processes, Lithuanian legislation and construction work regulations;
Independence, excellent organizational skills, initiative, honesty, internal motivation;
Driver's license, category B;
Good computer skills;
Responsibility and ability to solve problems and conflict situations;

A construction manager qualification certificate would be an advantage.
