We are looking for a colleague who will be motivated to achieve personal results and at the same time will lead to the successful implementation of the company's projects.
The main functions that would be within your responsibilities:
The main functions that would be within your responsibilities:
- Planning and organizing the work of the company's facilities, successful implementation: welfare works, roads, sidewalks, bicycle paths, installation works of parks and squares;
- Control of the quality of the work performed and work safety at the facilities;
- Coordination of subcontracting;
- Filling out technical documentation;
- Representing the company in relations with the customer;
- Control of the supply of materials and mechanisms provided for the facility;
- Management and control of the facility's budget;
- Resource planning and correct implementation.
Employee requirements
- Engineering education;
- Similar work experience;
- Qualification certificate SSVA (transport communications);
- Requirement for high-quality task performance;
- Driver's license.
