What tasks await:
- to prepare a technological project of the facility, take care of the permits required for construction work;
- to perform an analysis of the construction project and check the compliance of design solutions;
- to ensure the quality requirements of the work performed at the facility, assess compliance with regulatory technical documents;
- to organize self-control and control test studies;
- to fill in the Construction Work Journal of the facility and keep records of the work performed in internal systems;
- to ensure the effective use of construction materials and other technical resources in projects;
- when performing work at the facility, ensure proper fencing of work sites according to approved schemes and in compliance with safety requirements;
- to control the activities of subcontractors working at the construction facility, the scope and quality of work performed;
- to organize the work of employees, control their activities and results, ensuring the implementation of work according to the planned schedule.
We are looking for a colleague who:
- has acquired at least a higher engineering education (an advantage is in the field of road engineering);
- has a Construction Manager qualification certificate, which gives the right to hold the position of construction manager of a special structure. Structures: transportation communications (roads, streets, other transport structures);
- has work experience in road maintenance, construction or other areas related to the company's activities (an advantage is management experience);
- is able to read drawings, projects, knows the laws, legal acts, regulatory documents regulating construction;
- is a skilled user of the MS Office program package;
- is able to ensure smooth organization and planning of work, is proactive, responsible and easy to communicate with;
- has a category B driver's license.
