CONSTRUCTION MANUAL

Manage the progress of construction work in accordance with project requirements;
Ensure compliance with the qualitative and technological requirements of the objects and the deadlines for the execution of the works;
Communicate with customers, technical maintenance;
Manage and supervise the work performed by subcontractors;
Prepare documentation and reports related to the execution and completion of construction work;
Ensure compliance with occupational safety and environmental protection requirements at the objects.

Higher education in the field of construction engineering;
At least 3 years of successful experience as a construction manager;
Construction manager certificate;
Knowledge of construction processes, technologies, and work organization;
Rationality and efficiency, initiative, negotiation skills;
Ability to read and analyze projects and technical documentation;
High sense of responsibility.
