Construction Manager

UAB "Gireleų paukštynas" is looking for a responsible, proactive and organized Construction Manager who would contribute to the implementation of the company's construction, reconstruction and infrastructure development projects. We are looking for a team member who is able to professionally plan, organize and control construction works, ensure their quality, meet deadlines and smooth cooperation with contractors and other project participants.

Organize and coordinate the execution of construction, reconstruction and repair works at the company's facilities;
Plan the progress of work, ensure the performance of work according to the established deadlines, budget and quality requirements;
Lead the construction team and coordinate the activities of subcontractors;
Organize the need for materials, equipment and machinery necessary for construction works;
Control the quality of work, carry out acceptance and assessment of completed work;
Fill in and administer construction work execution documentation;
Cooperate with state institutions;
Ensure compliance with employee safety and health and environmental protection requirements at construction sites;

You have a university or higher education in construction engineering, civil engineering or another related field;
You have at least 2 years of experience in organizing and coordinating construction work;
You are able to read technical drawings, design and technical documentation;
You are familiar with construction processes, construction technical regulations and work safety requirements;
You have good planning, organizing and problem-solving skills;
You are able to make decisions independently and effectively manage several processes simultaneously;
You have good computer skills (MS Office program package);
You have a category B driver's license.
