OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- The main objective of the position is to organize the construction work being carried out on the site
- Coordination of work performed by subcontractors
- Preparation of work schedules and control of their implementation
- Control of resources provided for the object
- Filling in construction logs
- Control of construction object costs
- Implementation of work safety requirements at the construction object
REQUIREMENTS:
- Higher/higher education (engineering/construction/technical)
- Successful work experience in the construction field
- Good knowledge of construction processes, technologies and applicable legislation
- Ability to plan work, manage a team and coordinate the activities of subcontractors
- Responsibility, organization, result orientation and ability to make independent decisions
- Category B driver's license (advantage).
