We are looking for a construction manager who will contribute to the smooth execution of construction work, effective team performance, and ensuring high-quality results at construction sites.
Your main tasks
- Planning, organizing, and supervising construction work;
- Coordination of the work of employees and subcontractors, assignment of tasks;
- Timely ordering and management of materials and mechanisms;
- Supervision and control of work safety, quality, compliance with deadlines and technologies;
- Preparation and management of technical documentation.
What do we expect from you
- At least 3 years of work experience;
- Valid qualification certificate;
- Ability to lead a team and organize work at the facility;
- Knowledge of construction technological processes and experience in documentation management;
- Work experience in the roofing and facade installation segment is an advantage;
- Good computer skills;
- Driver's license (category B).
