Nature of work
- Organization and coordination of construction work at the site;
- Ensuring the execution of work according to the project, technical requirements and schedules;
- Organization and control of the work of employees and subcontractors;
- Control of the quality, deadlines and costs of construction work;
- Supervision of compliance with employee and health requirements;
- Filling out construction work logs, acts and other documentation;
- Cooperation with the technical supervisor, designers, customers;
- Control of the supply and use of materials.
Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education in the field of construction/engineering;
- At least 3 years of work experience as a construction manager or similar position;
- Valid construction manager qualification certificate;
- Ability to independently plan work and lead a team;
- Good organizational and communication skills;
- Responsibility, initiative;
- Driving license (category B).
