Idmava Group is a group of companies operating in the construction market for more than 20 years, combining design, construction, renovation and real estate development. The uniqueness of the company is its internal design office, which allows decisions to be made quickly and without intermediaries. Currently, the company is rapidly expanding in the Samogitia region and strengthening its team.
We invite an experienced Construction Manager to join the Idmava Group team, who will lead building renovation and reconstruction projects in the Samogitia region.

OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

  • You will organize and supervise work on construction sites
  • You will be responsible for finding subcontractors, coordinating their work, planning tasks and ensuring deadlines are met
  • You will coordinate solutions with customers, other project participants and internal teams
  • You will ensure the quality of work and compliance with project documentation and safety requirements

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in construction management, working with and managing subcontractors (experience working with renovation projects would be a great advantage)
  • Construction Manager certification (or willingness to obtain it in the near future)
  • Good planning skills and sense of responsibility
