🎓 Higher or higher engineering education.
👷‍♂️ Experience working as a construction manager – we value your practical experience and ability to manage processes.
🤝 Experience working with subcontractors – it would be great if you have coordinated their work and ensured quality.
🏗️ Work experience in large-scale construction projects (advantage) – this will give you even more advantage.

🤝 Coordinate the activities of subcontractors, assess the quality and deadlines of their work, participate in work acceptance.🏗️ Organize and ensure smooth, timely and high-quality execution of construction works
📐 Control the scope, progress and compliance with quality standards.
🚚 Order the necessary materials in a timely manner and manage the resources provided for the object.
🗂️ Prepare and complete the documentation necessary for the construction process, organize the delivery of completed works.
🔧 Ensure that construction processes meet technological requirements and quality standards.
