To coordinate the works and supervise the quality of the work performed and compliance with deadlines.
To ensure the implementation of construction works in accordance with technological processes, quality standards and applicable legal acts.
To ensure compliance with the requirements of occupational safety and health and fire safety at construction sites.

Valid qualification certificate for construction manager of a special structure.
Valid occupational safety and health certificate.
Good knowledge of construction processes and technologies.
Ability to work with the AutoCAD program.
Responsibility, initiative and result orientation.
